As the warranty of my laptop had expired by this time, Dell also did not help me, although I sent them a mail mentioning the service tag. Hence from end 2018, I could not use Office 2016 for which I paid to Microsoft through retailer. But I could not reinstall Office 2016 as I did not have Product key. I tried to format the Laptop on my own and could reinstall Windows 10. I had copied my Windows Product ID from Laptop. In December, 2018, the Laptop started malfunctioning. The retailer from whom I had purchased my Dell Inspiron 5559 Laptop in May 2017 neither gave me Windows Product ID and Product Key nor the Office 2016 Product ID and Product Key, although I had paid for these.
